I have not smelled this in a number of years, possibly 10, but at the time I smelled it I thought it was the best smelling men's fragrance EVER. Things get a little weird when it comes to compliments, this is by far the most divisive fragrance I have ever experienced. I get why people say it's a safe office scent but there's plenty more interesting and adventurous fragrances out there that can fit in that setting. In the air however this stuff is divine and to my nose smells like a fresh meadow full of flowers(in a masculine way oddly enough) Once this dries down that gasoline note dissipates and it becomes more floral,airy,and even slightly sweet with a very nice base of clean musk. Fast forward today, the Kiton house is still very active and makes some of the most expensive suits and jackets in the world.

Cedar’s sharp and earthy voice becomes louder, and amidst the existing notes now the fragrance starts to get more interesting due to earthiness, yet soft summer morning feeling dancing back and forth.It's one of those rare fragrances that really sits in a dimension all its own, kind of like Fahrenheit, Kouros, A*Men, Dior Homme, Habit Rouge, etc. I'm actually smelling a subtle medicinical smell that's similar to when you open a band-aid to patch yourself. The Kiton Men (Red), itself is hypnotizing, the opening has a fresh burst of fruit, like freshly cut pineapple and lemons, it's sweet but really fresh and airy, then come the mighty flowers: The violets and lilies are of the vivid greenish type, they feel just harvested. I've been wanting to sample this one for a long time and I finally managed to find it in Belgium recently, as I've never seen it in the UK.Its dry down is very reminiscent of Creed's Millesime base, particularly as its found in Green Irish Tweed, though i almost want to say that Kiton does it even better. however, i do feel that this fragrance has been 100% misrepresented by majority of the ppl who have talked about it. None of these scents are "clones" of Kiton or anything--they're noticeably different--but they also share certain qualities and may be the closest relatives to Kiton that I've come across.
