In the not-too-distant past, the Ice Witch blankets the world in snow, starvation, and madness, leading the inhabitants to seek their salvation in fire. Fire Punch takes place on an Earth that has become frozen over and barren, purportedly at the hands of a being known as the Ice Witch.
