This year Oliver was a tall, burly sixth year whose eyes gleamed with a crazed enthusiasm at the prospect of winning the Quidditch cup for Gryffindor.

Oliver, overjoyed and ecstatic at finally having achieved his dream, watched Harry lift the Cup aloft.In the end, that’s exactly what happened, resulting in a change of decoration and a towering Gryffindor lion throughout the Great Hall at the closing feast. In Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2, Oliver can be seen leading an aerial attack on Death Eaters during the Battle of Hogwarts.

He also didn’t seem to care at all if Harry died at any point during the game so long as he caught the snitch.

Oliver would frequently talk about Charlie's superb Quidditch skills and showed appreciation for them, as he was a huge Quidditch fan himself. As she got older the prospect of going away to study art at university and LEAVE HOME was very enticing. Taking a moment to regain control of himself after admitting that they lost the Gryffindor cup the previous year only because Harry Potter was unconscious in the hospital Wing, Oliver made it clear that this year they would put all of these new theories into practice so that there would be no opportunity to lose.
