With a foreword by Sienna Miller – just one of the celebrities whose face is painted by the make-up artist – this tome perhaps surprisingly doesn't focus on Rowe's enviably prowess with cosmetics. Overall though, if I was picking one book on make-up and how to apply it, this would definitely be 'the one'. I wanted to make sure anyone could pick up this book and learn how to wear makeup without feeling marginalized.
