Being an experienced vegan cook, I can work around that with some substitute although, I know it definitely won't be the flavour the author created. I’m not actually the sort of cook that uses recipe books (I use them for inspiration rather than actually follow the recipes), but his stuff looked so good. This morning I tried the 'Vegan Fried Egg', making the 'If it ain't yolk' sauce first and then the egg whites.The instructions are really easy to follow and the pictures show you clearly what things should look like which is always helpful.
