The lovely two-colour artwork is filled with original and fun details, and the text has plenty of wry observations for parents to enjoy that children may overlook. This book is absolutely perfect for able young readers (6-8 years) looking for their first step into longer chapter books. Fighting for those that can't stick up for themselves, whilst being cheeky and having a lot of fun along the way she gives you a good laugh and the odd smirk.
