Interlinked with short stories about their business, it’s a perfect book to leave out for others to have a look at. This whole place is a whole little world and because we make each room entirely different so it feels like you’re in our world the café is the theatre. Then there’s Mike who’s just finished a three year apprenticeship with us, he’s an incredible sculptor as well. The only other assets are goodwill and intellectual property, which are listed as having an uncertain value. Following on from chatting to one of my favourite bloggers last week, I thought I'd follow suit with this edition of The Inspirations and speak to another incredibly inspiring blogger. To be honest, the team we’ve got in the studio have been with us for so long they barely need management. Ever since Christine Taylor opened the sweet factory ten years ago, she has joked about having a band of real-life Oompa Loompas. They still have a very close eye on the consultation team and see how they’re doing and make sure they understand the brand and the designs.
