It tastes pretty decent, not as good as ON Gold Standard Whey but it’s not rank either and pretty easy to get down so unless you’re really fussy when it comes down to the taste you’ll be ok with this one. Side effects… Some customers, like us, found the flavours to be unpleasant. If you can get past this issue then you should be fine, however, some customers reported throwing the entire tub away after just 1 serving.

The tub is smaller and it is more expensive, but when tasting them side by side, there is no comparison. This supplement mixes pretty well although we do recommend using a blender, it tastes good and it doesn’t bloat or sit heavy on your stomach, even though it has plenty of carbs and a hefty dose of protein in each serving.
