Result of last poll: Everybody loves Xeno wars! ( want examples of relics? the handy Doomlord lists has my favourite relic displays...) John Freeman’s blog has a potted history of when and where the mask was bought. Dr Who mask maker, Sue Mansfield was the one sent out with the task to buy it. https://t.co/RBGqIU5ZuP Alan Grant, Scott Goodall( w), Eric Bradbury( a)."Doomlord Goes to School" Eagle(2 to 30 March 1985). IPC Magazines. Isidro Campos: Ha! I credited you in description. I spent three years on the making of this fake intro, and a lot of money, all down to my love of Doomlord, and everything that involves him. That low quality you mention was filmed that way purposedly. It had to look like that, like a cheap scifi Thames TV show with cheap effects like those used in the 1980s…

The Mask of Exterminus looks vaguely familiar… and is a music career in the works for a former Servant of Nox? Energy harness has been improved, now it gives the same amount of SE whether your opponent is at 20% or 100% on your duel list. Also, on world 3, if the SE you would get with EH is more than the normal maximum, you will get the EH SE.Julian: The model was definitely thrown out, I’m afraid. But before I did, amongst others, I know I took some photos of it. It also got used in a simple picture I did for Liverpool Museum, in 1980. I have that somewhere too. But the model is long gone.

IPC Magazines. AC: That’s amazing. Was it touched up paint-wise after you bought it or was it as-is? Does it still exist? Doomlord is a British comic character, appearing in strips published by IPC Magazines. The character featured in British comic stories published in the weekly anthology Eagle from 27 March 1982 to 14 October 1989. The strip was initially a photo comic written by Alan Grant and John Wagner as Eagle experimented with the format. While "Doomlord" was popular with the readership, the photo stories had a more mixed reception, and from 24 September 1983 "Doomlord" turned into a conventional picture strip, with art from Eric Bradbury, and would run until October 1989. The story began with a Doomlord - a powerful alien - judging the human race's right to exist. Over the course of the strip three different Doomlords - Zyn, Vek, and Enok - would act as protagonist. The buildings are now fully completed! Took a while, but we finally got there... The wikia is finally becoming useful! Phalanxii 00:37, March 6, 2011 (UTC)

AC: That really worked, the whites of the eyes were so heightened and intense. Doomlord was my absolute favourite as a kid, I used to make the power ring out of paper and wear it around the house disintegrating my siblings.

Isidro Campos: These are really awesome! I’d never have imagined those planets were boards. How was the sail made?Julian’s models, as seen in “Dan Dare” in Eagle in 1983, inserted into a strip drawn by Ian Kennedy So the Doomlord mask that gave me massive heebie-jeebies as a child was in fact a found object, commercially available at the time, and now possibly lost forever. Doomlord eventually became a completely drawn strip but that mask was the basis for this terrifying character’s whole look. One of Doomlord’s powers was the ability to take the form of any human, usually after he’d killed them and absorbed their memories. Image via International Hero.
