The staff was rude and cold. (just like the food how surprising..) and they randomly just opened our hotel room. I don't know what that was about.. We can't blame the hotel but planes landing and taking off all night was a pain to try and sleep through. Onto the terrace was only a chair in a room with 3 persons occupancy. I asked reception on 3 different occasions for a second one and I received it 3 days before leaving.
