It is agreed that Honeyrose Product LTD shall not take responsibility for any loss or damage caused by the delay or failure to notify the Customer of any delay. Changes in specifications or instructions may result in changes to Estimated Times. If the Customer fails to pay for the invoices before the expiry of the credit period, Honeyrose Products LTD shall in any event be entitled, without limiting any other rights it may have, to charge interest on the outstanding amount at the rate of 4% per day. Such interest shall accrue on a daily basis and be payable on demand after as well as before judgment.
