Wore it for 2 days and I was angrily underwhelmed and I thought I had a copy , fake or just a bad bottle 6 sprays nothing just some mild woods

first 5 minutes you get booziness, fruits that develops to incensy smoky oud with praline note .last but not least your left with incensy oud that lasts for hours. Versatility: 7.0 (yes to enjoy it on your own, clubbing, socializing, events, restaurants, dates, romancing, intimacy, weaddings,... not good for the office, informal meetings, small spaces, work out, beach and places where you may sweat)Ive often seen many women mention this. I cant imagine a woman wanting to wear this scent. And if she did id think she smelled really bad that day. With all of the beautiful scents to choose from why would a woman want to smell like this? This scent may turn some people on though. There are some who find certain foul scents very seductive and enjoyable. If you are one of those people you must have this. But this is to date my worst blind buy ever. I truly tried to like it but all I get is Granny's Bandaids. Lattafa Ameer Al Oud Eau de Parfum by Lattafa is a luxurious and long-lasting fragrance that is perfect for those who appreciate the rich and exotic scent of oud. This perfume is crafted with the finest ingredients, including pure oud oil, giving it an intense and distinctive aroma that will turn heads. I'd say if the idea of a sweet, spicy bandaid sounds good to you, this is the scent for you. Unlike most Western Houses I must admit Middle Eastern Houses have mastered Longevity and Sillage. Wearability: 7.0 (mainly cold weather and a night scent; you may use it either in outdoors or indoors)

In the opening you get the cambodian oud with full strenght, blended with cinnamon and nutmeg. This notes will stay active for the entire longevity of the fragrance. The heart notes serve mainly the purpose of building a bridge for the base notes blending, and the scent become sweeter and smoother then. The drydown is very pleasant with the strong different woods softened by the sweetness of cinnamon and vanilla, and the smoothed by a confortable amber.Anyway, to my conclusion- ish: if you like a smoky wood type fragrance and have good experiences with Oudh I can definitely recommend Ameer Al Oudh Intense oud. I have yet to see another cheapie with such beastmode performance. I do think you will need to look for a decant or sample first because it isn't a safe blind buy. Now, when *I* say a fragrance lasts into eternity that's definitely of note. As a rule perfumes never last long on my skin. 30 minutes isn't an exception. When I pass a 3hr mark that's cause for celebration. My skin is of the very dry, perfume eating variety that loves to boost woody, leathery, earthy, spicy and citrusy notes and prefers to ignore sweet, fruity, floral etc (no mature perfume is ever too sweet on me). Now you'll smell it when coming within close proximity, but it simply means that longevity is bizarre. It's actually something I'm used to from Oudh containing fragrances where the ingrediënt plays a main role. Woody fragrances usually last longer than any other type of perfume, but woody-oudy ones take the cake. Even when it was created by a chemist and not in nature. The notes presented in the pyramid above are spot-on except the Oud...unless that's where the tobacco and dried fruit notes are coming from. Yeah, maybe those Oud notes appear after about 3 and a half hours as a sweet almondy tobacco with dark dried fruits. I love this fragrance so much that I often just sneak into my closet, open the cap to smell it right off the sprayer. And quite some times I just spray it in the house just to enjoy the smell of it. This is really addictive to me.

The performance is quite high and you are bound to have a 10~12 hours longevity and a sillage of more than six feet at its peak. Today it’s freezing and snowing in England and I was going out and needed to walk a mile or 2 and I was looking for a scent to spray and my eyes went to this so o thought I’d give it another chance and sprayed 8 sprays on body and clothes . I don't know what it smells like notes-wise other than sweet, salty, smokey and roasted, because it's very synthetic-smelling. Compliments: 8.0 (With an increasing number of people enjoying oriental woody sweet fragrances, I realy do think that this fragrance will please to a wide range of people of both genders; the number of compliments I received exceeded my expectations) I debated buying this for months. MANY months. Why was I so hesitant? Because of the gender poll here saying its more masculine than feminine. Well, I don't agree. 100% unisex.I can see why this gives some people BR540 vibes because it shares that same antiseptic, hospital vibe. I’ve no desire to wear this and I’m not sure I’d like it on my husband either! Thankfully it was a cheapy so not a huge loss, but I’m a bit sad that it’s so often compared to by the fireplace because I think that’s misleading. My only real gripe is that into the dry down I start to smell a kind of "plastic" note. Something to do with the synthetic oudh. It's weird... it somehow reminds me a little of cinnamon. Anyway, for the price it's hard to complain. Also, in the box I got a deodorant spray labeled as "MAGIE NOIRE". I sprayed it on my hand and after about an hour, and washing my hands, the scent really smoothed out and a lot of the harsh incense smell went away and it took on a creamy smell very similar to Dolce & Gabbana The One. this gets a 4 and not a 0 because the ingredients are quality and the longevity and sillage are way above average. But that smell is a must avoid imo.
