I don't know if there's a direct causation, but it seems to me like they're spending no time on borrowed power and more on cosmetics and systems that have a longer lifespan (trading post not being expansion specific). Dragonflight was a much needed expansion just to freshen up the game. The cap people are talking about, is that the cap on how much you can earn a month or is there a hidden cap on how much you can hold/carry over?
