Description

The soft spray pattern enhances control and reduces the risk of paint spillage and splatters. This results in a neat painting experience with minimal cleanup required. Used For They are suitable for medium to large projects, work with water- and solvent-based materials, and come with a practical carrying handle for easy relocation. However, the Wagner 250R paint sprayer is slightly lighter at 7.2 kg and emphasizes its innovative nozzle technology. In contrast, the Wagner HEA control pro 250M weighs 7.6 kg and focuses on its lightweight spray gun for added precision and reduced fatigue. Both models boast a 9m paint hose for larger paint jobs. HVLP, on the other hand, may offer a slightly less attractive spray pattern, but it is friendlier and easier to use, produces less overspray and is also suitable for a wide range of jobs. Better said: it is especially suitable for smaller areas and less intensive use. HEA stands for High Efficiency Airless, Wagner's new Airless paint sprayer technology. The completely new HEA series replaces Wagner's successful Project Pro and PowerPainter series.

Airmix and Airless are very similar techniques. The only difference is that Airmix uses compressed air as well. The pressure of the sprayer is about 50 bar. However, air-supported spraying adds about 1–1.5 bar of compressed air to positively influence the spray pattern. The full range of spray painting tips, however, will remain useful especially because you want the best result. However, the new HEA tip has gone through revolutionary development. Thanks to the new tip technology in the HEA, Wagner has been able to reduce overspray by some 50%. Which means you can now work a lot cleaner (waste far less paint) and get even better results. The HEA paint sprayer is available in four variants in total, two lighter models and two heavier models with more power. The material used in the fabrication makes the difference distinct: two models have plastic (R) housings and two have metal (M) housings. Where consumers would consider using the plastic variants, the professional would probably go for the more robust metal machines. While spraying paint, always make sure the nozzle is aimed straight at the wall as much as possible. Maintain 20 cm distance (from nozzle to wall), and use your whole arm to ensure an even coverage. Try to avoid pivoting arm/wrist movements. If the above is observed, paint mist should soon be a thing of the past and no longer an obstruction. One of the primary reasons I chose the Wagner Control Pro 250M is its unparalleled versatility and ease of use. The fact that it is compatible with both water and solvent-based materials is what makes it the perfect choice for virtually any project, from paints and varnishes to wood preservatives and beyond. In addition, the inclusion of airless technology with the ability to spray at a reduced pressure not only enhances control, but also extends the useful life of the sprayer, making it a long lasting companion to have by your side for a long time. The Wagner HEA PRO 250R is the ideal partner for medium-sized projects, such as new builds or home renovations. It is perfectly capable of spraying all current water- and solvent-based fluids and is specially developed for DIY, building managers and service providers who use spray painters on a regular basis. The model is handy to use, compact and easy to store. This paint sprayer has a plastic housing and is therefore lighter than the M variants.

In principle, the above causes need no further explaining, but we still want to provide you with a few tips for better results. HEA is a completely new technique developed by Wagner. It has all the features of Airless plus some HVLP features to combine the best of both worlds. The main difference between Wagner 250M and 350M is their paint delivery volume and power consumption. The 250M has a delivery volume of 1.25 liters per minute and a power consumption of 550 watts. In contrast, the 350M has a delivery volume of 1.50 liters per minute and a power consumption of 600 watts. This means that the 350M can deliver slightly more paint per minute and requires slightly more power than the 250M. What is the difference between Wagner 250M and 250R? The inclusion of a carrying handle makes it easy to change work locations without hassle. It adds to the overall portability of the equipment, enhancing convenience during large projects. This new technology gives even better and fuller spray than Airless technology, currently the highest standard in the market. Thanks partly to the new technology, the machine can spray all the usual materials using less power, which makes it far more efficient than its predecessors. Disconnect the suction and the return hoses, release the inlet ball valve that is situated at the bottom, and try priming again. The Control Pro 250 R is a compact airless paint sprayer with a carry handle, which is designed for experienced DIY'ers, maintenance personnel and crafts people with infrequent spray painting projects. It allows you to work with all solvent and water based paints, varnishes and wood preservatives as well as emulsion and latex paints. The Control Pro 250 M is a compact airless paint sprayer with a carry handle, which is designed for experienced DIY'ers. The material is atomized using High Efficiency Airless (HEA) technology with a reduced pressure, generating perfect coverage with minimum overspray. Combined with a new nozzle design, this Airless spray system offers maximum control and professional results without any streaking. This makes the Control Pro 250 M not only easy to use, but also enables first-time users to achieve perfect results. It allows you to work with all water and solvent based paints, varnishes and wood preservatives as well as emulsion and latex paints. This advanced technology ensures precise paint application, granting users maximum control over the spraying process, resulting in a professional and polished finish. Longer Service Life
