I've done all the usual troubleshooting but nothing seems to fix this, the annoying part is three don't have any record on their system of a disconnect..... I think when I had my VirginMedia SH3 router, if I set it to 300Mbps performance mode, it basically doubled up the channels that it used and also resulted in a 'hidden' WiFi network appearing. If desired, the LAN 4 connection can also be used as a WAN connection. This means that the internal cellular modem is switched off and the Internet connection is processed via an existing LAN connection. Of course, this is particularly useful if you only occasionally use the Huawei B535 as an LTE router. For the rest of the time, the device then functions as a normal WLAN access point. Presumably your "30GB Plan SIM" is also on Three? Are both your SIMs 'phone' SIMs (with mins & texts) or actual mobile broadband data SIMs?

I'm writing this here in the hope someone may help me, three technical support are as useful as a chocolate fireguard... I used huaCRTL app for Android and tried to change bands, switch to 3G (this one actually helps but sometimes it becomes slow as hell too). was discussed on another forum, the advice 'from Three' was to set 'Mobile Network Search' to 4G only. (pic) It didn't cure the problem, but upgrading to a TP-Link modem did.The author of the above post is a thinkbroadband staff member. It may not constitute an official statement on behalf of thinkbroadband. So that the maximum LTE speed also reaches the connected end devices, a fast WLAN module is of course required. The Huawei B535 supports WLAN ac at 2.4 GHz with up to 300 Mbit/s and at 5 GHz with up to 867 Mbit/s. In the test, the 867 Mbit/s could also be reached up to 5 meters by line of sight. Huawei 4G Router 3 Pro with model number B535-232 has also been available in many coutries since early 2020. The device is a 4G wireless router of the middle class and available for just under 200USD without a contract. It’s design for indoor use with reliable performance for home networking. Below are the details specifications of Huawei 4G Router 3 Pro B535:

I assumption that the B535 just doesn't have a powerful enough CPU to allow sustained high throughput, whereas the 5G Pro that Frediche mentioned he uses, does. My solution which is working fine now after many hours of trouble is to Root the Samsung S7 and tether to an old Asus AC68 which can use USB from the phone. Unlimited SIM now giving between 50-70MB dl and 20-30MB ul. Then again, Mr Saffron or someone else might still have the link. There's also the chance that the link no longer works, but if you don't ask, you'll never know. Hello guys, I found this thread and want to share my pain with B535 router on Three. Got it in January and it was all hunky-dory up until March. I never bothered to measure speed before things went bad in March but since then I'm rarely getting 1Mbps - it's more like 400 kbps at best times.Took a few days but managed to get this working however, it's not use able for me. Speed difference is dramatic from up to 50Mb to less than 2Mb so not viable. Any idea if its possible to find this updated version and do a manual update save the return hassle?

I also had the B311 before. On both I experience similar issues. Maybe they are the same as what you have discovered. The Huawei B535-232 4G Router 3 Pro left a very good impression in the test. The design of hardware and software is simple and functional, operation via app and web interface is simple and well thought out. In places, however, more information and setting options would be desirable. Unfortunately, neither the app nor the web interface offer the option of displaying detailed information about the Internet connection, such as the frequency band used, the antenna technology used or the CA status. There are also no such settings, for example to set the router to a specific frequency band. The LTE router models from AVM, for example the FRITZ! Box 6820 LTE offers significantly better equipment in this area. After all, there is the possibility to use “only 3G” or “only 4G”. The Huawei B535 does not support GSM / 2G anyway.Get the User manual instruction guide for Huawei B535-232 Technologies Co.,Ltd in PDF format for free. This manual describes the Setup of Mifi Routers, as well as the procedures for preparation, installation, and removal. The Huawei B535 does not have a WLAN extender function, i.e. the use of an existing WLAN as Internet access. There is also no WLAN timer. The consensus was therefore that it was a Huawei problem, but my B311 doesn't have it. Firmware is 10.0.1.1 (H187SP1C6101) In reply to a post by DGR1:Has anyone confirmed whether the bridge mode that’s available in the B535-235 (ie non-Three version) actually works?
