About this deal

The program manager at my job wears this in 2023! Every time I walk past his office, this jumps out at you...it smells so nice I had to go in one day to ask what it was, I was so surprised it was this! I thought people stopped wearing this... Great value for money, although the re formulation is disappointing, as it does not last as long as it used to. I was expecting more from my first spray, after shelling out over 150 euros. I felt a little disappointed to be honest with this very unexciting fragrance that underwhelmed me for the first few days. Excellent performance and feeling proud and more confident while going out for a drink and having this in your skin.

I still love this but despite my always purchasing from an AD in Paris (these days), it doesn't seem to have the mileage or the sillage any longer and, given that even Cool Water doesn't really smell like Cool Water any longer, the two are no longer as close as once they were. The claim that it's a family perfumery, and that all the perfumes are composed by the Creed's: FALSE.

As a kid, I thought Cool Water was simply the most incredible fragrance I ever smelled. It was a "soul satisfying" scent to me, and it evoked memories and nostalgia from a time I never even had. It was simply incredible, refreshing, and amazing, and STRONG.

I have been wearing Cool Water these days, this is not particularly fabulous, but I think that Calone and high amounts of Evernyl (Oakmoss) work really nicely. This is pleasant to my nose. This is primarily aroma-chemicals based and I think this actually always was, starting from 80xx. Some citrus compounds are noticeable in this as well, I believe lots of Hydroxycitronellal, Linalool and Ethyl Linalool are very much appealing in this together with some green raw materials like Cis-3-Hexenol maybe in small amounts. but its aromatic, slightly spicy, and watery aspects are such a perfect blend, no matter how synthetic the current formulation. Price is good, and I would say blind buy safe too if you want a change, also uber masculine, so sorry ladies, I wouldn't want to smell this one on any of you, I'd be weirded out!!! About

It's good, cheap, and honest. And it would suit both women and men equally. In short, a fresh, fruity fougere that smells as bright and sunny as a summer morning. All in all, an incredible fragrance that is worth all the hype it gets, very versatile(Spring/Summer/Fall-can be), and masculine. On the other hand, Cool Water Parfum is an aromatic spicy fragrance. The top note is fresh and spicy, and soon it becomes deeper. There’s nothing to hate about this fragrance. Sometimes (many times even) I actually prefer the sweeter more aquatic Cool Water over the greener-leaning GIT. This is a really hard scent to rate. I love having it because I can overspray before working out or just heading out to the store and not worry about running out. It's a nice scent but it's obviously nothing all that unique and the performance is pretty bad.

I absolutely love GIT shall I get a new bottle?! I will regardless but I did try a 20K01 and had no body to it sadly. There's not much to say that has not been said about this fresh classic, the grandfather of modern aquatic scents, but I feel like Cool Water is more about the green and musky side of freshness rather than watery or airy. I've got a 75 ml bottle from the 2021 batch, so cannot judge about the original 80s-90s batches. Mark my words- you will never see me changing my signature fragrance on my profile- this will be my uplifting morning start the day casual/ dumb grab "oh here comes Nathan" scent until the day I die. This one for instance, was actually composed by the great Pierre Bourdon, who would go on to compose Cool Water, which this strongly resembles. It starts really grassy and harsh, it's really realistic grass though which makes it interesting again.

The new Eau de Toilette

I have written a review earlier..,but just want to remind myself, that this is a Calone-Evernyl bomb. Sadly, this perfume as an old school classic had gone through severe reformulations and now this is more of Aftershave Lotion, than a perfume actually. i'm going to preface this review by saying i am biased - i have strong nostalgic and emotional ties to this cologne. All of these fragrances used rich notes. And the performance level is high for all of them. So you can’t just simply differentiate. But if we consider price, Cool Water is the winner here.

Green Irish Tweed was MADE by Pierre Bourdon, who wasn't credited for his work for the sake of maintaining the grand Creed name or whatever. Strongly recommend it if your credit is OK with the price because you’ll have to sell your leaver to get it 😂 Might not be intended for someone my age but man is this a GREAT scent. Used to spray this all over myself until I found BDC, and still wear it at home from time to time. Amazing! Simply amazing. The price is really something you shoudnt be needed to pay to get a fragrance but on this instance the price is allmost suitable. Davidoff came with the parfum version of CW in 2021. This version of CW is smooth and delicious. And gathered so much love in a short time.

Well we got home, opened it, and he immediately fell in love. He prefers airy, light scents for me but he needed it to be his, because once we decide whose fragrance it is, the other isn’t allowed to use it as to not ruin the scent for the other one. So once he decided it was his, it was his, and I honestly prefer it that way because I would’ve used this up in a month. For those reviewers going on about how “The world has moved past this 80’s smell blablabla..It's dated...." Has the world moved on from Mozart? Bach? No, that's why it's "classical".
