PeapodMats were designed to be very easy to use and are perfectly suitable for tumble drying. If you opt for air drying and find that the mat is too wet after wash, you can try putting it through an additional spin cycle in your machine. By the way, because I have been so happy with the larger mat, weeks ago I recommended your product to other people. Because I have it, I sleep soooo much better at night knowing that the mattress is protected and getting things cleaned up is simple. I love it!

We're delighted to hear that you're happy with your PeapodMats and that you no longer have to do a full bed change! We double layer DS's bed - waterproof sheet, fitted sheet, waterproof sheet, fitted sheet - so that if it gets wet in the night I can just whip off the top fitted and waterproof sheet and don't have to faff with putting more sheets on in the middle of the night. We have Nectar waterproof mattress protectors and really rate them. The Peapod Mat only comes in one 3-foot by 5-foot size, which covers a fairly small area. This might be inconvenient for those with larger king or queen sized mattress.We recommend tumble drying. If not using a tumble dryer, stretch the fabric a little before hanging it up. You can care for your PeapodMat the same way as you would with a towel. It's perfectly suitable to be washed at any temperature and either air or tumble dried. DS is 5 and has never had a dry night. I’m not particularly concerned about this, he’s still young. He’s perfectly happy to wear a nappy or pull up at night but for the last couple of months he seems to leak through them almost every night! I’m exhausted with the sheet washing.
