About this deal

Here we are again with yet another legal team from those who cry wolf, how many now since 2018 alone? Like the dam fire in the garden, it was then it wasn't then it was then it wasn't ------- Without Andrina Bryson, the police case wouldn’t get off the ground. There were discrepancies about the time Ms Bryson travelled along Easthouses Road, based on supermarket receipts and cash line receipts. It was estimated she was on the Easthouses Road at around 4:55p.m. Over the next 19 years, Scott pursued every avenue, spending thousands of hours studying case papers, speaking to local people, investigating leads ... becoming a lawyer along the way. Here, he highlights areas the police did not even consider, because of their single-minded determination to make a murderer out of a schoolboy. Local people, local sub cultures, local practices, hidden from the authorities and most of the general population, that provided the exact circumstances in which a murder like this could occur.

In 2021, Channel 5 aired Murder in a Small Town, a two-part series on the murder of Jodi Jones. Professor Alan Jamieson and his staff from the Forensic Institute in Glasgow, along with two former police detectives, John Sallens and Michael Neill, with over fifty years of detective experience including crime scene management, were asked to investigate the murder of Jodi Jones and to examine if the original investigation could have been done differently. One of the witnesses claimed they had seen the same man a week later at the police reconstruction of Jodi’s movements. The man was on Morris Road, Easthouses around 6 p.m. with two other men. This man came forward and was not the man who was seen on the night of the murder. He admitted that he was likely the man in question on the night of the reconstruction but was not the man following Jodi Jones on the night she was murdered – he was provably nowhere near Easthouses on June 30th. German shepherds are amazing, that’s why law enforcement and the armies from all over the world use them. And of course they are very popular with Joe Bloggs and co. Anyone reading this with any knowledge of criminal justice, forensics, or DNA evidence, would laugh at the above statement had the case not been so serious. This is media spin. The same dangerous fraudster who one of his ex boss’s exposed - along with many other people (who knew Billy Middleton, long before Sandra Lean)Following the 45-day recess, hearings resumed before the EAC. Although punctuated by commotion caused early in the day by the defendant’s supporters in the courtroom, the hearings got off to a successful start on September 7, 2015. Records show Mark Kane was living and signing on from Newbattle Abbey College at the time of the murder of Jodi Jones. Hard evidence and several witnesses corroborate this. Many people provided statements that he had scratches on his face and was acting strange in the days after the murder. Several had made the police aware of Mark Kane living in Newbattle Abbey, despite the term being finished. But his brother, Shane, gave crucial evidence during the trial which cast doubt on this evidence. Luke Mitchell’s mother, Corinne, gave evidence that when she returned home from work at 5.15.pm he was in the kitchen. In a statement to police on the 7th of July 2003, Luke’s brother Shane said he recalled seeing Luke in the kitchen “mashing tatties”. We now have three members of the Jones family who everyone, apart from the police it would seem, believed they could be seen as potential murderers or at least suspects. All three had now refused to “search their conscience” and come forward to help police after appeals had been made. A couple of days after Jodi was killed, Mark “Bill” Bryson was in the home of Judith Jones and Alan Ovens speaking about the murder and Luke Mitchell.

A Long Walk to Justice by Scott C Forbes | Goodreads

Two days after the murder Mitchell bought a Marilyn Manson DVD, “The Golden Age of the Grotesque,” which included images of naked women tied together and subjected to a form of abduction. Phone records show he used the service eighteen times in the previous month. Moreover 16:54 is the time Ms Bryson claims to have seen him arguing with Jodi. Nevertheless, on the 19th of July police, through the media, said “Man at Centre of Jodi Appeal Found” The EAC is mandated to prosecute the person(s) most responsible for international crimes committed in Chad between June 7, 1982 and December 1, 1990. This court is the first ad hoc tribunal to be established under the umbrella of a regional political body rather than the United Nations. It is also unprecedented in that it is the first regional court with criminal jurisdiction. As I’ve said, I’m absolutely convinced, there’s no two ways about it. The three witnesses (besides Luke) who gave their on the spot original statements to the police were telling the truth…the dog led Luke to the V in the wall. Please, please god, could you give me Donald as the defence opposition. He’s a smashing bloke, and very kind to me. This was nothing more than trash and spin to keep up the creation of ‘pantomime villains’ of the Mitchell family and to con the public, while disrespecting a murder victim.

A Long Walk to Justice for Children From Cook County to Pretoria: A Long Walk to Justice for Children

Jodi Jones’ DNA was found on a pair of trousers belonging to Luke Mitchell. The trousers were in a holdall at his father’s house in Livingston, a home he hadn’t been to for at least a fortnight prior to the murder of Jodi. The evidence was, therefore, deemed irrelevant and agreed to be dismissed. Why didn’t Joseph Jones and Alan Ovens, who were less than a three-minute walk away from Roan’s Dyke Path, where the search party started, offer to assist? Instead, they permitted an old woman and a young girl go out at night into woods/fields to look for Jodi. That doesn’t seem right. The truth is Luke Mitchell, the supposed criminal master mind who was able to commit a gruesome murder and not leave a thread of forensic evidence behind, didn’t really have an alibi. Shane Mitchell was so nonchalant in his first statement about Luke he said he wasn’t sure if Luke was in the house or not. Scott Forbes has worked on his case and been involved with appeals , I know the usual reaction is to character assignate anybody that speaks up for Mr Mitchell Dave but he is taking a huge gamble if he is making it up he will be sued , right .
