Normally you would see a game like this as a one trick pony, and to some degree this might be true, but I really like what the bidding adds to the game.

Turn over a Challenge Card, secretly big high or low, if both bids match, then it’s Flipperama time! First, players get into two teams and select their chosen Sling’Em, either the chicken or the hotdog. So when I saw this flipping game I wasn’t put off by the fact that the components you are flipping look like adult toys. The first team to flip over all of their character cards to the coloured side is declared the winner. Play continues until the first team succeeds at enough challenges to turn over all of their challenge cards.But beware, if they fail it then their opposing team will get to turn over one of their character cards for free.

When both teams are ready, they will reveal their bid, and the highest bidding team will then have to give it a go. You then turn over your challenge card and will secretly bid on if you think you will achieve it or not - this decides if you bid high or low. When playing in a team, you cannot choose who attempts the challenges, you have to simply take it in turns. But what feels better, is cheering on my team and laughing when the opposition team bids high and fails on their turn. Split into teams, or go one-on-one, then get ready to bid and flip your way to sweet-tastin' victory. This will have a challenge that must be completed within a set number of attempts, displayed in the top corner.
