Description

I found Side A to be perfectly clean and noiseless, while side B was loaded with particulates, requiring two full disc washings. It covers the period of the band's greatest commercial success, from the mid-1970s to the late-1980s. Setting that aside for a moment, this is an amazing collection of Buckingham/Nick's-era Fleetwood Mac songs. i’m not sure if it’s the pressing or only a bad record because the groove on both sides looks flawless. Second title from the collection Clasicos En Vinilo Lado B by Diario La Nación journal and Rolling Stone Magazine.

Part of the second British blues boom of the late 1960s, during that time Fleetwood Mac enjoyed six British hit singles, collated here along with one non-charting single, two B-sides, and three album tracks. A number of sources state that this album was the last to be commercially released as an 8-track tape by a major label. In the edit page, go to the 'Metadata' tab and add your Juno artist, label or release page for listeners to purchase your release / releases. You Make Loving Fun", "Big Love", "Oh Diane" and "Seven Wonders" are not included on the UK vinyl version, but are included on the cassette and CD formats. The album contains two new tracks, " As Long as You Follow" (which was released as a single to promote the album), and " No Questions Asked". Long out of print, it was replaced on compact disc by the 2002 compilation The Best of Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac on the Sony International label, which now owns the Columbia/CBS catalogue. The 1988 album draws only on recordings from after Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham joined the group in 1975, omitting earlier hits such as " Albatross" and " Oh Well". The pressing is reasonable, less definition than the German/Pallas pressing of Rumours, IMO, but still enjoyable. It includes the 1975 track "Over My Head" but omits the 1987 track "Seven Wonders" (despite it being a top 20 hit in the US) as well as the 1982 track "Oh Diane" (which failed to chart there in 1983, but was a top-ten hit in the UK).

Greatest Hits is a greatest hits album by British-American rock band Fleetwood Mac, released on 21 November 1988 by Warner Bros. A true surprise and a big smile to all who blindly believe in marketing chitchatting over-expensive reissues being the ultimate :-). The album contains two new tracks, "As Long as You Follow" (which was released as a single to promote the album), and "No Questions Asked".All image and audio content is used by permission of the copyright holders or their agents, and/or according to fair dealing as per the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. The Green Manalishi", " Oh Well", " Rattlesnake Shake", and " Dragonfly" were licensed from Warner Bros. The album gatefold shows a full-size photo of the post-Green line up of the band with Christine McVie (née Perfect), even though she just plays piano on a couple of tracks and was not a full member until after Kiln House was released. A very similar release with the same title and same cover was released by Sony BMG in 1989, but consisted of the tracks from The Pious Bird of Good Omen plus " Shake Your Moneymaker" and "Love That Burns". It is different from the similarly titled 1971 release by the Peter Green incarnation of the band and contains a different track listing.
