A worker has a standard working week of 37.5 hours and does overtime of 20 hours a week for the first 10 weeks of the 17 week reference period. No leave is taken during the reference period.For the purposes of this agreement the leave year runs from 1 April until 31 March in each year, unless otherwise agreed within an employee’s contract of employment or in the case of bank employments.
